- The Creative Mindset: You will spot perfect moments to introduce existing customers to better packages or smart add-ons. No sales background needed; we teach you how to do it comfortably and naturally.
- System Mastery: Keep customer files clean and updated within our modern CRM platform

Qualifications

- Linguistic Skills: You are a fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.
- Natural Communicator: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, bring a warm vibe, and don't get shaken easily by a tech question.
- Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own Wi-Fi, and pick up new tools quickly.
- Legally Ready: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to work under a Spanish contract immediately.

Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and Weekends 09:00-17:30). Your availability is mandatory for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month
