This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology while ensuring compliance with evolving data protection standards. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and legal excellence. /p pbPOSITION: PRIVACY COUNCILbr/Position Type /b: Fixed Term Contract6 Months (Maternity Cover)br/On-site /p pbTHE CHALLENGE: /b /p ul liDraft and negotiate data protection agreements with clients and vendors, working closely with Senior Privacy Leads. Key focus areas include data processing agreements, joint controllership agreements, and AI-related clauses in commercial contracts. /li liMaintenance and updates of data protection agreements templates in close collaboration with various Product and other operational teams, Legal team and Security team. /li liCollaborate with Privacy team members to deliver strategic privacy guidance to Product teams and operational stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, from initial concept through implementation. Provide regular privacy consultations to ensure data protection requirements are embedded in new initiatives. /li liProcess and manage data subject access requests, ensuring timely responses and compliance with privacy regulations. /li liDoing research on legislative developments and requirements in the privacy and data protection area in jurisdictions where Sportradar operates, incl North and South America.



/li liProviding support and advice on any processes involving negotiation of data protection agreements, including vendor contract management. /li liSupporting the Privacy and AI Governance Analyst on privacy by design and privacy impact assessments, including providing privacy advice on AI related assessments and projects. /li liSupporting the Privacy and AI Governance Specialist on privacy vendor assessments. /li /ul pbABOUT YOU /b /p ul liLegal education and qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role within the privacy/data protection field on an international scale. /li liExperience with drafting and negotiating data protection agreements with 3rd parties and management of data subject requests. /li liWorking knowledge of privacy by design concept and experience with supporting product teams. /li liOutstanding communication skills in English and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from different business units. /li liPragmatic and solution-oriented person with the ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritizing conflicting demands and requests from multiple stakeholders. /li liAI privacy knowledge, IAPP or similar privacy certifications and/or experience with OneTrust would be advantageous. /li liPassion for privacy, AI, sports and technology. /li /ul pbOUR OFFER /b /p ul liA collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Offices in Europe, Asia, North South America). /li liImpactful Work:
