As a Technical Support u0026amp; Data Operations Engineer, you identify and fix bugs across our codebase while ensuring data integrity. You will bridge Customer Experience and Core Engineering to maintain product stability and seamless data flows. When not debugging, you design robust ETL pipelines and automate repetitive data tasks. You play a key role in secure handling of sensitive HR data and collaborate with internal teams to translate complex tech issues into clear updates. This role offers impact across product quality, data operations, and automation at scale.

• Bug hunting and fixing in the codebase (Ruby, Python, Java)
• Code maintenance in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript; Python scripting; work with internal Java tools
• Data operations and entry for configurations and data accuracy

• Automation and innovation to reduce manual data tasks with scripts or low-code tooling
• Security and discretion when handling sensitive HR/customer payroll data

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 1–2+ years experience with Ruby (Rails)
• 1–2+ years experience with TypeScript
• Solid Python scripting for data manipulation/automation
• Familiarity with Java for internal xqbhyrx data tools
• Strong debugging skills and root-cause analysis across stack
• Experience with data migration, ETL, or large datasets
• Experience with REST API endpoints; SQL; GraphQL
• Proactive, structured, able to wear two hats (development + operations)
• C1-C2 Spanish; B2 English
