ppDate Posted: /ppCountry: Spain /ppLocation: Benjamín Outram 1, 28918 LEGANES, Spain /ppOtis is seeking an experienced, dynamic and Hands on Regional Director of Quality (M/F) to lead Quality and Continuous Improvement across EMEA manufacturing sites. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute the regional quality strategy aligned with business objectives /liliLead Quality Continuous Improvement teams across EMEA plants and EPC /liliDrive customer satisfaction improvements and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) /liliAct as primary escalation point for key customer quality issues /liliLead site audits, assessments, and quality system deployment /liliEnsure consistency in quality standards, processes, and best practices across sites /liliOversee ISO certifications and core quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, SWIs) /liliDrive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement programs /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management /liliBuild, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse quality teams /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli8+ years in quality, engineering, or operations roles in industrial/manufacturing environments /liliMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in international/matrix organizations /liliStrong experience in quality management systems and compliance /liliProven track record in continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma projects /li /ulh3Technical Functional Skills /h3ulliDeep knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis) /liliExperience with mechanical assembly and electronic systems /liliFamiliarity with IATF/VDA standards and certifications (preferred) /liliSix Sigma Black Belt (advantageous)
