As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values. /ppYou will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliRecruit diverse talent for various roles across FDJ UNITED global offices /liliDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, networking, referrals, etc.)
/liliCoordinate with the integral people team on talent acquisition activities /liliWork with the People Experience team and aim to improve and scale our recruiting processes /liliImplement talent marketing trends and work across employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talent /liliAnalyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure the effectiveness of all attraction tools such as job boards and social media /liliAssist hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality and timely selection decisions /liliProvide hiring training to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff members /liliLead and contribute to internal People and TA projects locally and globally /liliDevelop and sustain talent pools for future hiring needs /liliEnsure data quality and accuracy throughout the recruitment process /liliAlign with the team's strategy and goals to enhance performance and outcomes /li /ulh3Compliance obligations /h3ulliEnsure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role /liliIdentify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager /liliChallenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group /liliComplete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you /liliReach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear /li /ulh3What have you done /h3ulliHave relevant experience within a talent acquisition team,
