They develop targeted customer content, support reference recruitment based on regional priorities, and ensure impactful customer engagement at key events. /p ul libGuide and support customer reference recruitment /b efforts in coordination with internal teams, based on strategic regional priorities and requirements. /li libDevelop compelling customer content /b aligned with growth priorities. /li libAmplify and activate customer content /b across SAP’s integral and regional channels – including IDPs (Integrated Demand Programs), SAP.com, social media, events, executive communications, and external PR. /li libRecruit customer speakers /b for key SAP events, analyst engagements, and media opportunities.



/li liMaintain and evolve the bregional reference plan /b, including visibility into current coverage by segment, industry, and solution sub-area. /li liCollaborate with the bglobal HCM solution lead /b to stay aligned on global priorities from SAP SuccessFactors stakeholders (i.e., product marketing, communications, and analyst relations). /li liTrack and share reference metrics, coverage, and activities with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liProven experience in bB2B communications, customer marketing, or storytelling /b – ideally within the tech or SaaS industry. /li libStrong written and verbal communication skills /b, with the ability to shape clear, compelling narratives tailored to business audiences. /li liExperience working with customers and stakeholders to uncover insights and create impactful reference content or speaker moments. /li libStrong stakeholder management skills /b – comfortable navigating across marketing, sales, communications, and executive teams. /li liExperience supporting analyst and/or media engagements and recruiting customer speakers for high-visibility opportunities is a strong plus. /li liAbility to analyze gaps and align reference strategies to business needs. /li liProven success operating in abglobal, virtual, cross-functional /b environment. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in bEnglish (C1) /b /li /ul h3How to apply? /h3 pOur recruiting team looks forward to receiving your application (resume / CV is sufficient) via our online form.
