Also maintain active and effective client/studio relationships to allow a robust production execution even if managed remotely. /ppWe are open to someone remote in Spain but will favour candidates based in Madrid that are happy to be hybrid. /ppThis role is a fixed term contract for 12 months. /pbr/h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the artworking briefings received from the clients are clear in terms of requirements and technical information, before being forwarded to our studio teams for production. /liliAdvise the client from a technical/creative point of view on their requirements, providing day-to-day support. /liliKeep all projects under tight control by proactively checking the studio’s progress and correctly managing the prioritisation of the tasks. /liliCheck the artworks before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result. /liliFollow up of the projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved. /liliClosing the projects in the systems once the client has received the final files. /liliOffer an efficient and quality service at all times. /liliEnsure that we receive the POs so that we can submit projects for invoicing.



/liliCollaboration with our studios to ensure the best service standards. /liliSupport in information processes and Reporting. /li /ulbr/h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3ulliPrevious experience of at least 2 years in roles related to creative production is required. /liliDemonstrable experience in the area of project management is essential. /liliExperience in POSM, digital media, print media production is required (position not focused on producers/audio visuals). /liliIndustry related education and qualification is required. /liliYou have experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, to be able to review the files from a technical point of view. /liliYou have experience managing production projects related to the adaptation of campaign master files to different print, digital and POSM formats. /liliConfident working with numbers and experienced in using Excel to create and manage reports. /liliUnderstanding the fundamentals of graphic design and pre-press is a great advantage. /liliA high level of English is required, both written and spoken.
