You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these are your most important tasks: /p ul liPerforming administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc. /li liEnsure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department; /li liKeeping track of and reporting on project progress including documentation status. /li liManage internal and external documents of the projects, including developing and updating the filing system of physical and digital records in customers or Sungrow tracking system with URL link. /li liSupport integral and regional document owners generating protocol formulas for submissions of documentations within the projects. /li liPerform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents prior to uploading to the document management system. /li liImplementation of documentation and change control using the electronic documentation and change control system.
