and regulatory evolution /li /ul h3Drive Policy Influence Advocacy /h3 ul liDevelop and execute advocacy strategies aligned with Kraken’s commercial objectives /li liInfluence regulatory outcomes on key topics ("digitalisation, pricing frameworks, flexibility market design") /li liRepresent Kraken in industry forums, consultations, and policy forums /li /ul h3Translate Regulation into Commercial Impact /h3 ul liPartner with sales on strategic deals to address regulatory barriers affecting growth or delivery /li liImprove client confidence in Kraken’s market readiness /li liStrengthen business cases to improve win rates /li /ul ul liSupport product and delivery teams by anticipating regulatory-driven requirements and feeding into product roadmap prioritisation /li liReducing reliance on market-specific product customisation /li /ul h3Market Intelligence /h3 ul liMonitor regulatory developments across Spain and (preferably) France/Portugal and translate these into clear, actionable recommendations to shape product changes and commercial decisions /li /ul h3Support Expansion /h3 ul liKnowledge-share and collaborate with RAMD colleagues across the EMEA region and globe /li liSupport entry into additional markets where needed /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience within Spain’s energy sector, ideally at an energy regulator,



energy supplier, or within an organization directly influencing policy. /li liStrong understanding of energy regulation and the fundamentals of the green energy landscape, with awareness or interest in broader European regulatory frameworks. /li liStrong networking and community-building skills: Proven ability to connect with, influence, and engage key stakeholders, to help enhance Kraken’s profile within the Spanish energy market. /li liAnalytical skills: Ability to interpret policy, regulatory developments, and market trends, and understand/communicate opportunities and challenges to the business. /li liPassion for energy transformation: A genuine interest in clean energy, sustainability, and the transition to a low-carbon future. /li liLanguages: Fluency in Spanish and English. /li /ul h3It would be great if you have /h3 ul liExperience in French energy markets and fluency in French or regulatory expertise across other European markets (Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, or Denmark) along with proficiency in the relevant local language /li liExperience supporting international expansion and product and commercial strategy /li liKnowledge of digital energy platforms and customer-centric technology solutions /li /ul pAs an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute.
