ppOur client, a leading multinational technology company, is recruiting for a bTransmission Network Engineer /b to join their business in Spain. /p pbPosition Type: /b Contract or employment /p pbStart Date: /b ASAP /p pbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support to customers regarding transmission network issues. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to transmission equipment. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. /li liDiagnose and address customer concerns related to transmission devices. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions. /li liPlan, develop and perform network upgrades and updates. /li liEngage in proactive analysis to prevent potential risks, ensuring network safety. /li liBe able to participate in an on-call shift to handle urgent issues.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field. /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in transmission engineering or related technical support roles. /li liIn-depth knowledge of transmission technologies including DWDM, Microwave (RTN) and Legacy PTN. /li liStrong understanding of network protocols and standards. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage several tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. /li liKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for network troubleshooting. /li liLanguages: English and Spanish fluent; be comfortable speaking in English with non-native people. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
