Structured professional and personal development is a key element in the Legal Team and the organization at large. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liYou will be mainly responsible for the negotiation and review of ITAI/outsourcing, digital, and software contracts for Private and Public Sector space, both for existing accounts but also new opportunities and deals. /li liSupport the review and negotiations of a wide range of ITAI Contracts considering business and legal requirements. /li liHave end-to-end legal support responsibility for a set of assigned deals in the region with special focus on IP, AI, IT and Data Protection Law. /li liRealize all legal aspects of contracting with the customers and with the providers, including claims, ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation and company’s codes and policies, /li liBusiness partner with knowledge of the business and its goals.



/li liArticulate clearly legal advice in a pragmatic manner to all stakeholders. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? /h3 ul liFully qualified Spanish Lawyer, in the range of around 5-10 years of PQE. /li liInterest in the field of IT Outsourcing, Digital, Intellectual Property, software licensing and AIdata privacy. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving ability. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within the company, clients, and vendors. /li liGood time-management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work activities to accomplish assigned duties under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liThrives at being part of a team and working cross-functionally. /li liAbility to perform in a self-sufficient manner with minimal secretarial and administrative support. /li liNative or business-level Spanish language skills are a must-have, fluent business English is essential as well; /li /ul h3WHERE AND WHEN? /h3 ul liWork Schedule: Business Hours (Monday to Friday) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
