This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to gain hands‑on experience within a leading international hospitality company. Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Graphic Design Intern to join our Creative Service Desk (CSD) team.

Location: Madrid
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Internship agreement with university is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to the Graphic Designer in the team in the execution of day‑to‑day creative tasks.
- Assist in the design and development of visual assets for digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate in the production of marketing materials, social media content, internal communication pieces, presentations, and branding projects.
- Help maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with fresh ideas and creative input.
- Prepare working files according to team standards and workflows.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Fluent/professional level of English (written and spoken).
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
