The Service Desk Analyst role in Malaga is a permanent, hybrid position with 2 days in the office. You will handle frontline support across tickets, email and chat, triaging and resolving standard and moderately complex issues while owning your queue against SLAs.
Team-based environment expects a proactive, adaptable attitude, solid end-user technology knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills. Morning, late, and weekend shifts form the schedule for coverage.
