ppWe are looking for a bSAP Success Factors Senior Consultant /b to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting‑edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region. /ph3Opportunity /h3pYou’ll be working using best practices of SAP solutions from Human Resources area including Success Factors and HCM implementations. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems; implement processes in cloud, hybrid and on‑premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approaches and deal with agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will also be to manage the quality of implementation projects. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3pAs a member of our team, you'll have a chance to extend your experience by supporting clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and taking part in advisory projects—implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You’ll also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes and coordinate main project tasks. /ph3Skills And Attributes For Success /h3ulliSuccessfully take part in implementation of SAP systems. /liliEnthusiastically enhance core SAP technology knowledge and experience. /liliWilling to work in an international environment. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations. /liliSAP SF EC plus COMP certificate. /liliSAP HCM knowledge will be an additional asset. /liliUnderstanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations. /liliTranslate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices. /liliHands‑on all data models and knowledge of XML.
