All of this guarantees the overall sustainability of the Company. /p h3Join the team and boost your professional career! /h3 pFrom Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Energy Engineer. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement energy management strategies and policies. /li liMonitor and analyse energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement. /li liConduct energy audits and assessments to evaluate energy performance. /li liCoordinate with various departments to implement energy‑saving measures. /li liEnsure compliance with energy regulations and standards. /li liPrepare reports on energy usage and savings for senior management. /li liStay updated on the latest developments in energy management, sustainability, and industrial technologies.
/li liPromote awareness and training on energy efficiency practices within the organization. /li liManage energy procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers. /li liLead projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and enhancing sustainability. /li liPlan, execute, and oversee energy‑related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. /li liDetermine energy consumption standards, prepare the company’s energy budgets, and ensure compliance by identifying and correcting deviations. /li /ul h3Academic Background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
