• Strong backend engineer experience building scalable, reliable systems
• Experience in payments/financial domains or high-reliability environments
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system design fundamentals
• High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Experience working in collaborative, xqbhyrx cross-functional environments
• Ability to own problems and drive them to completion
• Good communication skills and mentoring mindset
• Pragmatic problem-solving and technical decision-making
• Background in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Languages: English (working) and Spanish (fluent)
