About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will be responsible for engaging with guests throughout their stay, identifying their preferences and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and communicate guest preferences with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and update guest profiles in the PMS system, ensuring accurate records of preferences and past experiences.




- Prepare personalized letters for guest arrivals.
- Conduct courtesy calls to long‑stay guests and those celebrating special occasions, ensuring exceptional experiences.
- Maintain an extremely high standard of personal hygiene, behaviour, and grooming standards.
- Perform any other reasonable duties required by the Guest Relations Manager.

Experience and Education

- Previous experience in the same role is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
- Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
- Basic IT skills, with proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and hotel management systems such as HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS.
