ph3What you'll be doing: /h3 ul liExtract and analyze daily bank transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation of assigned accounts /li liProvide daily reporting of cash collections received /li liPost accounting entries for outstanding items using Balance Sheet, PL, and customer/vendor accounts as appropriate /li liUpload payment proposals into banking platforms for approval by authorized signatories /li liSupport assigned agencies by providing payment confirmations, documentation for audits, and other treasury-related needs /li liPrepare the weekly Cash Report, including closing balances by bank account /li liManage large volumes of financial data using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas) /li /ul h3Who you'll be working with: /h3 pYou will collaborate closely with the local Finance and Accounting teams, as well as with international stakeholders, including headquarters. The role involves regular interaction with internal teams and agencies, requiring effective communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment. /p h3What you'll need: /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field /li liHigh level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality /li liProactive mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks /li liPrevious experience in an international environment is a plus /li liKnowledge of cash pooling operations is a plus /li liIntermediate level of English (required for communication with headquarters) /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liYou're open:
