ph3Introduction /h3 pAs a key member of our Operations Team, you will ensure seamless logistics coordination and transport management across the EMEA region, driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking an individual with a passion for logistics, problem-solving, strong ability to manage stress in a fast-pace environment, and cross-functional collaboration. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liOversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth shipments flow from warehouses to retail platforms. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for logistics partners (3PLs and carriers) and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery incidents and ensuring customer-first solutions. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Carriers, Customers, Finance, Sales) to align priorities and guarantee service excellence. /li liCoordinate transport activities, including deliveries, appointments, returns, and special requirements while supervising 3PL and carriers’ performance.



/li liDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. /li liPrepare operational, financial, and compliance reports (including invoicing, SOX, PODs, and cost analysis) to support decision-making and audits. Manage all the chargebacks related to non-operational compliance (shortages claims, non-OTD and non-shows). /li /ul h3To be Successful, You Will have: /h3 ul li2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within FMCG in EMEA. /li liTeam player mindset, collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional environments. /li liProactive and self-driven, with a problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills. /li liFluency in Spanish and Business English is required. /li liLogistics studies /li liProficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced in ERP systems and TMS knowledge /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMadrid, Spain /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
