With 100+ team members and over 14 years of experience, we foster a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and personal well-being. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs. /li liTranslate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. /li liManage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery. /li liCollaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle. /li liDrive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights. /li liEnsure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards. /li liApply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. /li liCommunicate complex technical concepts in clear business language. /li liStay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner. /li liStrong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). /li liExperience working with data products or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake). /li liExperience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration. /li liStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. /li liKnowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. /li liFluency in English and Spanish. /li liSQL experience and STLC exposure are a plus. /li liHealthcare experience is a plus.
