What will you do?

- Lead and coordinate the global industrial cost controlling function

- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement across multiple plants

- Analyze variances, standard costs, and inventory valuation

- Partner with Operations to boost efficiency and financial visibility

- Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group

- Support and mentor local plant controllers internationally

What you bring

-

- 10+ years in industrial cost controlling within a multinational environment

- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes & cost accounting

- Experience managing or coordinating international teams





- Advanced Excel + ERP (SAP preferred)

- Fluent English and willingness to travel

- A proactive, hands‑on, results‑driven mindset
