The adecuado candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking to work in a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 pThe department looks for a profile with a background in taxes, experience leading a tax department in the energy sector and in an advisory firm. The main responsibilities would be the following: /p ul liManagement of the tax advisors. /li liCoordination with other lines within Finance Department and other Departments. /li liReview accounting entries related to taxes. /li liSupport in MA tax DD. /li liMonitor claims. /li liLead structure simplification process. /li liManage ongoing procedures related to the assigned portfolios (tax audits). /li liSupervision of filing, submission and control the payment on time of periodic tax forms such as WHT tax returns, VAT tax returns, Electricity Taxation tax returns, CIT forms, informative tax returns, census forms and any communication with Tax Authorities (At the State and Local level). /li liMonitor and review local taxes. /li /ul h3Working experiences and skills requirements /h3 ul liAt least 10 years of experience in Tax. /li liFrom 3–5 years in a position as responsible in a Tax Department, ideally in Energy Industry.



/li liExperience in external tax services provider. /li liExperience in transactions (preparing tax DD, strawman papers). /li liExperience in dealing with tax inspections. /li liExperience in supervising CIT and VAT compliance. /li liExperience in tax groups. /li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 ul liAccounting knowledge will be highly valued. /li liKnowledge in international taxes will be highly valued. /li liGood communication skills in Spanish and English. /li liUsed to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. /li liUsed to work within a team. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.
