The Development and Process Engineer Position in the Manufacturing Engineering in Empennages Area organization of Tablada. /p pTablada has the role to deliver Empennages to the Final Assembly Lines of the different programs and customers, with the main mission to protect them while being competitive. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus) /li liContribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account. /li liPush industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/MP) Supply Chain. /li liIntroduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design. /li liDefine Build Process for ME. /li liCalculate the time at operation level. /li liManage Technical Sequencing. /li liSpecify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification. /li liDrive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover). /li liPlan regular feedback loops with the Production Team. /li liAccountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2). For more details refer to Airbus commercial procedure referential A2853.3. /li liImplement Standard Time Value in Routings. /li liEnsure execution of robust, reliable and safe operations. /li liRun and support PFMEA/FMEA. /li liSupport shopfloor and plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team. /li liParticipate in Quality control board by providing measurement tasks.
