ph3V.I.E. - 12 months - Infra Energy Finance F/M - Madrid /h3 ul liVIE /li li21229 /li liMadrid /li /ul h3Key responsabilities : /h3 ul liAssist Natixis Madrid team to support financing of transaction over all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP, across the Iberian Peninsula. /li liStructuring project finance transactions: financial modeling, bankability analysis and preparation of files for internal committees. /li liDrafting and processing credit applications in coordination with internal teams (coverage, portfolio, syndication). /li liAnalyzing and assessing projects and Sponsors: financial strength, business plan and risk profile. /li liReviewing and commenting on financing terms and conditions (pricing, covenants, security package, documentation). /li liCoordinating and analyzing due diligences (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG) to identify and mitigate key risks.



/li liPreparing pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing mandates. /li liTaking part in the syndication process: preparing documentation for participating banks and monitoring the distribution of the financing. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liYou have strong analytical skills. /li liYou have strong modelling capacities. /li liYou are at ease with drafting of credit applications. /li liYou have very good capacity of synthesis and writing (in English). /li liYou know how to carry out a detailed financial analysis. /li liAnd last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English. /li /ul h3Eligibility Criteria /h3 ul liFrench or European citizens; /li liBetween 18 and 28 years old; /li liTo be from a country other than the host country; /li liGraduated. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
