Through the osapiens HUB, we position ourselves at the forefront of the sustainability movement, enabling companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, calculate their corporate carbon footprint, and prepare for compliance with the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. /p pAs a Business Development Manager at osapiens, you will be championing lead generation initiatives within the realm of corporate sustainability for the DACH market. By researching target companies, initiating product pitches, and nurturing qualified leads, we aim to expand our reach and empower organisations to embrace sustainable practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct thorough research on target industries and market segments to identify potential business opportunities. /li liUtilise various prospecting methods, including networking events, online platforms, and industry publications, to uncover new leads. /li liCustomise messaging to resonate with the specific needs and pain points of each prospect. /li liImplement strategic timing for outreach efforts to maximise engagement and response rates. /li liProvide timely and personalised follow‑up communication to nurture leads and maintain their interest. /li liCollaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
