As AI Platform Owner, you will drive AI adoption across applications and value streams, turning ideas into concrete, measurable solutions. You will own AI initiatives from ideation through go-live and adoption, building prototypes with low-code/no-code tools and collaborating with developers and data engineers. This role blends hands-on experimentation with governance, enabling teams and creating business value. The position offers international collaboration, versátil work options, and a strong learning culture.

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across applications and processes
• Translate business challenges into prioritized, implementable AI initiatives
• Own end-to-end AI projects from idea to adoption
• Build prototypes and implement AI solutions using low-code/no-code and AI platforms
• Collaborate with developers, platform owner, product owner, and data engineers
• Drive AI adoption through enablement, workshops, and training
• Establish and evolve AI governance including security and responsible AI
• Explore emerging AI technologies and test their potential




• Evaluate and introduce technologies like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork, AI agents, MCP integrations
• Define success criteria and measure business value and adoption
• Serve as a central sparring partner for internal AI topics

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in AI, digital transformation, product ownership or similar
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, and AI-enabled processes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork, AI agents, or MCP
• Strong ownership mentality with ability to xqbhyrx prototype, configure and implement solutions
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and identify AI opportunities
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to drive adoption
• Very good English; German is an advantage
