We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement. /p h3ISP Responsibilities /h3 h3Academic and Pedagogical Leadership /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program. /li liEnsure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies. /li liPromote innovative, student-centered teaching practices. /li liAnalyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans. /li /ul h3Teaching Staff Management /h3 ul liCoordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. /li liIdentify professional development needs and support ongoing training. /li liLead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork. /li liParticipate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.



/li /ul h3Student Monitoring /h3 ul liOversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress. /li liImplement support strategies for students with specific learning needs. /li liEnsure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. /li liCoordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies. /li /ul h3Family Engagement /h3 ul liMaintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians. /li liParticipate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events. /li liAddress and follow up on concerns or significant situations. Administrative Management /li liPrepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section. /li liCoordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities. /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations. /li /ul h3Skills, Qualifications And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field. /li liValid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations. /li liMinimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education. /li liExperience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage. /li liStrong classroom management and instructional skills. /li liSound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. /li liEffective communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong planning, organizational, and assessment skills. /li liAbility to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. /li liCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. /li liCommitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
