The Group has over 500 professionals in Europe, the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes. /li liDevelop and maintain financial models in Excel. /li liManage and review Due Diligence processes and QA processes. /li liParticipate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g., Corporate, LBO, Refinancing, etc). /li liAssist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc). /li liEngage directly with debt investors, including banks and institutional investors. /li liSupport the origination of new financing opportunities. /li liManage and develop relationships with clients, lenders,
