You will help develop tailored solutions for clients by combining market understanding, commercial thinking and risk analysis. /p pThroughout the program, you will gain hands‑on exposure to renewable PPAs, flexibility and battery solutions, energy trading and hedging, structured energy products, and decarbonisation strategies for large‑scale clients. /p pYou will collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, quants, risk managers and senior stakeholders, operating in an international and fast‑paced environment at the core of the energy transition.



/p h3What Profile We Are Looking For /h3 ul liTop‑tier strategy consulting; /li liEnergy utilities or commodities trading; /li liStructured finance or infrastructure investing; /li liRisk management or market analytics; /li liCommercial strategy or pricing; /li liData‑driven business or quantitative environments. /li /ul h3What we value /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; /li liAbility to structure complex and ambiguous business challenges; /li liCommercial mindset with strategic thinking; /li liStrong communication skills, ability to influence through non‑hierarchical lines and multi‑disciplinary teams, confidence when working with senior stakeholders; /li liIntellectual curiosity and learning agility.
