This role is key to driving sustainable growth by expanding existing business and developing new opportunities across international markets. /p pThe ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with creativity and strategic thinking, and is able to build long‑term relationships with clients while navigating complex stakeholder environments. You will play a critical role in strengthening our presence in markets where we currently operate and identifying new growth opportunities where our footprint is limited. /p pThis position requires a high level of ownership, resilience, and a hands‑on attitude, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams such as Portfolio, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial functions. A strong connection with the Polpharma ecosystem and understanding of industrial pharmaceutical business models will be highly valued.
