In this role, you will work closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets, collaborating with a dynamic team and gaining expertise in data acquisition and management. Help us shape the future of financial data and join us now! /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the integral data teams /li liData expert on investment data points, processes, methodologies, calculations different fund structures /li liManage business relationships with fund companies, connecting with providers setting up acquisition channels and acting as a point of escalation /li liMeet predetermined production deadlines for internal and external clients /li liContinuously evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects /li liUtilize project management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate and determine resolution approach for complex data issues /li liCollect and maintain Morningstar data, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, completeness and coverage /li liDemonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the data ticket queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow‑up, expedition and resolution /li liUnderstand roles,



responsibilities and expertise of internal partners to expedite issue resolution /li liTranslate requests from internal clients into detailed written specifications and user stories /li liImprove and document client use cases to ensure any new functionality meets and exceeds client expectations /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul libMultilingual Communicator: /b Fluent in English and at least two additional languages, including Thai, Japanese or Korean, enabling effective collaboration with international providers /li libTeam Player with Client Focus: /b Builds strong relationships with diverse team members and addresses client needs with empathy and attention /li libDetail‑Oriented Data Enthusiast: /b Passionate about the financial industry and investment data, with a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies and processes, and able to organize, manage high data volumes and meet deadlines /li libTechnically Skilled Proactive: /b Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in project management, operational and performance data, adding value to cross‑functional teams /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pBase Salary Compensation Range: EUR 29,000.00 – 39,000.00 /p pBonus Target: 5% Annual /p pMorningstar’s hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to collaborate in‑person each week.
