In this role, you drive supplier development to raise performance and maturity across the supply base, partnering with Projects, Manufacturing and Suppliers. You apply continuous improvement methods on-site to strengthen end-to-end processes and support OQOTOC targets. You operate in a high-visibility, cross-functional environment and help embed collaboration, integrity and excellence in the procurement ecosystem. This is an opportunity to shape supplier capabilities at scale within space programs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify supplier weaknesses, capacities and improvement opportunities to boost supply chain maturity
• Develop and align objectives and action plans with supply chain stakeholders (CID)
• Conduct industrial maturity and capacity assessments at supplier sites
• Lead implementation of LEAN, Six Sigma, problem solving and related tools on site
• Manage action plans with suppliers and report progress and development outcomes
• Support supply chain operations in recovery plans for critical issues and ensure performance targets are met




• Proactively anticipate recurring supplier quality issues and drive preventive measures

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing
• Experience in supplier assessments or audits
• Knowledge of APQP standards (SPC, control plans, PFMEA, MSA)
• Basic APICS, Production and Inventory management
• 6-sigma and process improvement methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, etc.), Black Belt or equivalent accreditation appreciated
• Statistical data analysis skills (hypothesis testing, xqbhyrx DOE)
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Security clearance eligibility or requirement
• Procurement IT tool knowledge would be a benefit
