ppReporting to Service Manager, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Eastern Andalusia (Malaga/Granada), covering the south of Spain. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliInstall, maintain and troubleshooting the Sebia’s instruments installed base distributed in a defined geographical area. Also support other geographical areas if needed. /liliThe installations and troubleshooting includes informatics related to our instruments: PC installation, LIS connections, connection to customer network, etc. /liliPhone support /liliCustomer satisfaction: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customers. Ensure they are correctly taking care of our instruments and realize about their needs. Give an excellent service in a timely manner. /liliReports in time all the work done in CRM.



/liliPerform preventive maintenance and upgrades to comply with services KPI. /liliProvide feedback to the manager concerning performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvements /liliStablish a regular communication with local sales representative to share customer needs and major issues. /liliLocal spare parts stock management. /li /ulh3Education/Skills /h3ulliEngineering or Technical Engineering, or Technical diploma. /liliInformatics knowledge (databases, IP configurations…) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
