This role will support the design, planning, and delivery of airport related civil engineering projects, working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing engineer to gain hands‑on experience within Aviation. /ph3Key responsibilities and duties include: /h3ulliAssisting in the design and development of civil engineering solutions for aviation projects /liliSupporting the preparation of drawings, reports, and technical specifications /liliUndertaking geometric and grading design of Runways, Taxiways, Aprons, service roads, etc /liliCarrying out basic engineering calculations and analysis /liliCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams /liliAssisting in the production of design documentation using tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar /liliSupporting project delivery teams with site inspections and data collection /liliEnsuring designs comply with relevant standards /liliTake part in client meetings and internal design reviews /li /ulh3Candidate specification /h3h3Essential /h3ulliDegree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline /liliUnderstanding of civil engineering design principles /liliDemonstrable experience within a Civil Engineering role /liliFamiliarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills /liliWillingness to learn and develop within the aviation sector /li /ulh3Desirables /h3ulliExposure to aviation or infrastructure projects /liliAn interest in progressing toward Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent) /liliExperience with modelling or analysis software /li /ulh3UK Immigration /h3pMott MacDonald Ltd. are not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK.
