In this role, you will support the company's general tax operations by coordinating with local and international tax advisors, contributing to MA and corporate restructuring projects, advising internal stakeholders on the tax implications of new business initiatives, and supporting tax audits in Spain and across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in ensuring tax compliance while helping the business grow in a dynamic international environment. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3p1.b Tax Compliance in Spain /b /pulliReview VAT returns (monthly/quarterly), SII reporting, and related informative filings. /liliManage other applicable indirect taxes (e.g., transfer taxes, stamp duty, excise duties on alcohol, plastic tax, local taxes). /li liReview VAT accounting and perform reconciliations. /li liManage VAT refund processes and monitor recoverable balances. /li /ulpb2. International Coordination /b /pulliOversee VAT and indirect tax compliance for international subsidiaries (EU and non-EU). /li liCoordinate with local tax advisors and in-country finance teams. /li liReview international VAT returns and monitor local filing obligations and registrations. /li liSupport VAT registrations in new jurisdictions (business expansion, new supply chain flows, etc.). /li /ulpb3. Internal Advisory /b /pulliProvide VAT advice to internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales). /li liAnalyze complex transactions (cross-border operations, triangular transactions, EU and non-EU transfers of own goods, etc.).



/li liParticipate in tax structuring, MA and integration projects. /li liIdentify and mitigate indirect tax risks. /li liSupport tax audits and inspections. /li liImplement and strengthen internal tax controls. /li /ulpb5.
