Responsabilidades

- Lead and govern the IT/Cloud infrastructure program portfolio , including modernization, cloud migrations, datacenter consolidation, network evolution, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks .
- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, closure, ensuring strategic alignment of all projects with business and technology goals.
- Oversee program budget, financial tracking, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, Security, PMO, Vendor Management) and manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables and technical documentation. Provide structured reporting to C-levels.
