The company develops and manufactures a wide portfolio of complex modules and components, acting as a design‑and‑make partner to leading engine and defence OEMs worldwide. It participates in numerous next‑generation engine platforms through risk and revenue sharing partnerships and maintains long‑standing strategic collaborations with major integral industry players. In addition to original equipment, the company provides comprehensive aftermarket and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.

It also plays a key role within the European defence ecosystem, participating in major multinational defence programmes and contributing advanced engineering, production, assembly, testing and MRO capabilities to strategic platforms.

We are searching for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join the legal team and provide support to the Supply Chain and Operations functions. Based in Madrid and reporting directly to the Senior Counsel – Operations & Supply Chain, the successful candidate will work closely with procurement, supply chain, operations and other business stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of contractual and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Structuring, drafting,



reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements with suppliers and other third parties, including supply agreements, services agreements, non‑disclosure agreements and other commercial arrangements.
- Supporting the business in the evaluation, establishment and management of legal and contractual relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
- Developing, improving and maintaining contract templates and standard documentation to support business efficiency and risk management objectives.
- Delivering legal training and awareness initiatives to business teams on contract management, legal risk mitigation and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Providing practical, solution‑oriented legal advice and working collaboratively with business units and corporate functions to implement and improve governance frameworks, policies and processes.
- Managing disputes, claims and contentious matters arising from commercial and supply chain relationships, coordinating internal stakeholders and external counsel where necessary.
- Supporting cross‑functional projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and ways of working across the organisation.

Perfil

We are searching for a lawyer with solid commercial contracting experience gained within a multinational and international business environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Law degree and qualification to practice law.




- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience providing legal support to business operations in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent command of English, including business and legal English.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish law and a good understanding of international legal frameworks, including Common Law concepts.
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, business‑oriented approach to legal problem‑solving.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and effectively balance legal risks with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Additional knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property, Compliance & Ethics, Insolvency and Export Control will be considered an advantage.
