this role is for you! /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliWork closely with Team Leaders, developers and Product Owners to improve backlog management. /liliWork with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Agile Coaches to improve Agile execution. /liliFacilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. /liliSupports in coaching how events and workshops can be effective and goal oriented (timebox, clear agenda and goal) /liliSupport teams in PI Planning and Agile execution within an ART. /liliHelp implement Agile performance metrics to track team progress. /liliContribute to Agile transformation efforts across the organization. /liliFoster a culture of continuous improvement. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulli+4 years as an Agile Coach. /liliExperience working in a SAFe environment. /liliStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban..). /liliExperience working with Agile teams and coaching individuals. /liliFamiliarity with Agile metrics, backlog management, and team facilitation. /liliExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SAFe Tooling. /liliExcellent team collaboration and coaching skills.
