This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of Talent Culture initiatives, with a strong focus on people communications, change management, employee engagement and employer branding. This role will provide exposure to how strategic People Culture priorities are translated into impactful communication and change experiences for our people, within a dynamic, global environment. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSupport global Talent Culture strategic initiatives: Contribute to projects across the Talent Culture Strategy team. /li liSupport communications and change management projects: Assist in planning, execution, and follow‑up of campaigns and transformation initiatives. /li liCollaborate with teams: Work closely with different PC areas and other areas of the company to ensure consistency and alignment. /li liCoordinate with external partners: Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.



/li liEditorial calendar management: Participate in scheduling and content coordination. /li liMeasure impact: Track activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and support data‑driven decision‑making. /li liEvent coordination: Support the organization of internal and external events that foster engagement, culture and employer brand. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liPreferably a degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar).
