You will design interfaces and flows from wireframe to high-fidelity spec, form test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence, design and deploy A/B tests using platforms such as VWO or Optimizely, and present findings directly to client stakeholders. The role requires proven ownership of a CRO or experimentation roadmap and strong analytics literacy alongside Figma proficiency. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liDesign user interfaces and flows for web applications, from wireframe through high-fidelity specifications; /li liOwn the CRO program by identifying friction points, forming hypotheses, and designing experimentation roadmaps aligned with business goals; /li liDesign, specify, and deploy A/B tests, analyze results,
