ph3Staff Product Manager - API Connectivity /h3 pEbury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week /p pWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own API Connectivity with ERP and accounting platforms. This role will lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of integrations with systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, and ERP aggregators (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck). /p pYou will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality integrations that power financial workflows for our partners and customers, working closely with engineering, external vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role is critical to expanding the reach and adoption of Ebury’s API platform. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 h3Product ownership strategy /h3 ulliOwn the Connectivity (ERPs) product domain, including: Direct integrations (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) and Third‑party aggregation platforms (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck) /liliDefine the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity /liliMake strategic build‑vs‑buy decisions for integrations /li /ul h3Delivery execution /h3 ulliTranslate partner and business needs into clear API requirements and specifications /liliWork closely with backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable integrations /liliManage dependencies with external ERP providers and aggregation platforms /liliEnsure integrations are production‑ready, well‑documented, and maintainable /li /ul h3Stakeholder partner management /h3 ulliAct as the primary product contact for ERP connectivity internally /liliCollaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance /liliEngage directly with external partners and vendors to manage integration requirements,
timelines, and changes /li /ul h3Quality, scalability DX /h3 ulliEnsure a high standard of API design, consistency, and versioning /liliPartner with the API Platform DevEx team to deliver clear documentation, predictable data models, and scalable onboarding for partners /li /ul h3What success looks like /h3 pIn the first 6–12 months: /p ulli6+ new ERP integrations successfully launched and adopted /liliERP aggregator integration live and supporting multiple downstream ERPs /liliClear, well‑documented integration guides with low integration friction /liliStrong feedback from partners on reliability and usability /liliReduced operational and support overhead for ERP‑related integrations /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 h3Must‑have experience /h3 ulli5+ years of Product Management experience (for L4) / 7+ years (for L5) /liliStrong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products /liliDirect experience in ERP or accounting software integrations, ideally: Working at companies like Codat, Merge, Apideck, or building integrations with Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc. /liliComfortable working with technical teams on complex data models and workflows /liliProven ability to manage external dependencies and third‑party vendors /li /ul h3Nice‑to‑have /h3 ulliExperience in fintech,
