Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead payroll accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant controls. You will partner with People teams in different countries to standardize payroll integration into financial systems (SAP) and support timely month-end close. As team lead, you’ll organize the payroll team, set priorities, and report to the VP Finance and Control. The position emphasizes cross-border collaboration, process optimization, and scalable payroll practices aligned with Criteo’s global scope.

• Manage payroll team; standardize documentation and ensure clear role understanding
• Coordinate daily payroll control and HR accruals (bonuses, holidays) and stock option/RSU impacts
• Ensure timely delivery of requests pre-qualified by front desk
• Prepare cash landing and cash forecast processes
• Month-end closing: review payroll journals, full balance sheet and Pu0026L payroll reconciliation
• Analyze movements in payroll-related balance sheet accounts; prepare and maintain SOX controls




• Harmonize payroll accounting across all entities; support global payroll provider implementation
• Collaborate with Field Finance, FPu0026A, and Fin Corporate; engage in country-specific payroll integration
• Prepare PBC payroll-related requests for audits (quarterly/yearly)
• Take on ad-hoc projects and improvements to payroll processes

Responsabilidades
• Five years of accounting experience with payroll specialization for French and foreign entities
• Accounting qualification (DSCG)
• SOX environment experience
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Experience in a fast-moving, international environment
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
• Results-driven, highly organized, autonomous
• Excellent communication, dynamic and versátil, team-oriented
• Strong Excel skills
