and deliver better outcomes /li liAlign others around our purpose to bring your heart to every moment of your health and gain support and commitment /li liFacilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride /li liApply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liPharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liPharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health /li li0‑3 years prior relevant work experience /li liMust possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP /li liStrong verbal, non‑verbal and written communication skills /li liComplete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe /li liAbility to: /li ul liHave regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends /li liBe mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time /li liLift, scan, and bag items /li liFinger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm /li liReach overhead; able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items /li liExtend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items /li liPrecision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions /li liStoop to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles to move items between low and high positions, including bending spine at the waist /li liVisual Acuity:
