ppDHL's LLP enhances your end-to-end supply chain through technology and skilled personnel, offering resilience and data-driven insights. /ppAs Test Manager you will own and ensure the quality, reliability, and operational continuity of the technology solutions that enable end-to-end supply chain orchestration, safeguarding consistent system performance within a fully connected logistics ecosystem. /ppThe role leads structured validation of critical processes and platforms to maintain real-time visibility, anticipate risks, and support data-driven decision-making across a dynamic 4PL environment. /ppIts purpose is to ensure that implementations, integrations, and key functionalities strengthen a resilient, efficient, and continuously evolving supply chain, leveraging advanced capabilities such as scenario modelling and digital twin simulations. /ph3Key Responsabilities: /h3ulliLead the Testing Team to deliver KPIs aligned with customer expectations. /liliDefine and execute the end-to-end testing strategy (SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression). /liliEnsure testing activities comply with SLAs, SOPs, and customer requirements. /liliManage defects, risks, and escalations effectively. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
