We're looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

- Madrid, Spain

- Hybrid work model

- Permanent contract

- No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain)

Working Hours

-

- Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

- Friday: 09:00 – 15:00

- Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

-

- €30,000 gross annual base salary

- Uncapped commission plan

- Monthly target commission of €600

- Performance multipliers:

-

- 80% target = 1.3x

- 100% target = 2x

- 150%+ target = 3x

- Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

-





- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

-

- Native or fluent Polish and strong English.

- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.

- Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales.

- Must currently reside in Spain.
