At Taylor Hopkinson, we are supporting a leading renewable energy company in the search for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Spain on a 6-month fixed-term contract .

Based in Bilbao or Madrid , the role will involve extensive travel accross Europe, leading the delivery of major renewable energy construction projects

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop Construction Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee construction delivery, ensuring strong performance across health & safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with project teams,



contractors and key stakeholders to support successful delivery.
- Share best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across projects.
- Provide leadership throughout the construction phase of renewable energy projects across Southern Europe.

Requirements

- Proven experience leading construction delivery for large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Ability to manage risks, solve complex challenges and make effective decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
