As a Workday Core HCM Consultant

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud‑based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role,



you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

- Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
- Collaborating and leading diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment and meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.

Set Yourself Apart

- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
- Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up‑to‑date Workday HCM certification.
- Additional Workday certifications (e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance).
- Mid‑level Workday experience.
- Other up‑to‑date Workday certifications.
