Drive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ul pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecutive Administrative Support - Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings classes, coordinating priorities, and anticipating scheduling conflicts. /li liPrepare agendas, meeting materials, reminders, and follow-up actions to ensure effective execution. /li liMonitor key deadlines, deliverables, and commitments. /li liServe as a trusted operational partner by proactively identifying needs and proposing solutions. /li liProgram Operations Management - Coordinate the end-to-end execution of educational programs, ensuring a high-quality participant experience. /li liManage communications and logistics with faculty, participants, mentors, and external partners. /li liHelp in coordination of workshops, conferences, mentoring sessions, and high-level meetings. /li liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes across the Center. /li liProject Initiative Coordination - Track mentoring programs, ensuring milestones and meetings. /li liMaintain project timelines and monitor progress across the Center's strategic initiatives. /li liPrepare and update dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators. /li liSupport research and educational initiatives through administrative coordination and project tracking. /li liCommunications Materials - Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents using the Center's visual identity and templates.
