ppAt bCORUS /b we are seeking an experienced bProgram Manager /b to lead strategic regional and general programs with significant business impact. /p h3Location /h3 pbHybrid from Barcelona /b /p h3You will: /h3 ul liLead and oversee regional and global programs, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams. /li liDefine program vision, governance, delivery approach, and implementation plans. /li liManage program execution, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. /li liMonitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions when required. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business, Risk, and other functions. /li liCoordinate project teams, resources, and budgets to support successful delivery. /li liDrive change management and support the adoption of new processes and ways of working. /li liPrepare status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials for senior management. /li liPromote best practices and support the development of project management capabilities across the organization. /li /ul h3You should have: /h3 ul liUniversity degree; Master's degree is a plus. /li li8+ years of experience leading regional and/or global programs and projects. /li liProven experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities simultaneously.
