What You Will Do: Make outbound B2B customer calls to promote, pitch, and sell digital advertising services. Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database with complete information. Consolidate the existing customer base while actively building a new portfolio of clients. Record outbound call history and detailed customer responses within the CRM. Ensure consistent customer follow-up and manage ongoing client needs and requirements. Monitor competitors' products/services to develop creative selling strategies for our campaigns. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries with an exemplary level of service. Requirements: Native or C2-level proficiency in French, paired with fluent English communication skills. Proven previous experience in a sales-driven environment. Hands-on experience working with CRM databases.
